Is South Africa going to Copenhagen for climate talks? - south africa etf

Smething Hearding remember a few weeks ago on NPR about South Africa, who have decided to go, not to Copenhagen. However, I can not find any information. I am writing a paper on climate change and would not help if you know any good sources.
If South Africa does not, I guess it is because they think) do not expect that (the industrialized countries help to finance their activities, like most developing countries. I can not find anything "official" about either. Thank you!

UN chief Yvo de Boer said the climate it would be impossible to establish a global treaty on climate during the opening of negotiations in Copenhagen on 7 Close to December.
However, before a meeting with EU ministers in Brussels, told Agence France-Presse: "I think we have a very special arrangement.
This would probably be a "list of targets for rich countries [and] clarity about what the big developing countries like India and China are willing to do," he said.

Is it enough? That's just me seeing the news LOL, I would like to know what is like in the word of the accasionally all the fans.

This issue and the large meeting real loud makes me LOL! You have all these countries and the people go to this large and elegant meeting or to discuss ways to stop the fight against global warming? Well, how these people at the meeting? How many lines across the sea to get there? Are all these people camping in tents on the lawn again, or will perform in the city limousines to travel from their hotels to meetings? As global warming garbage these people Compounding the problem is only going to the meeting? What's your carbon footprint with this session?
These people do not go to the meeting to solve a problem, they go because there is no money for them. If we try to solve a problem that the session by phone and not added to the problem would have us believe they are fighting!

Its all about the money .......... Nature is responsible for climate change ... always was!
